This is a particularly beautiful example of an antique Victorian heart locket in 14 kt gold with a diamond set clover. It is not only a token of Love but also of Luck!
What makes this locket a standout? Its size larger than most at 1 1/2 inches in length (see the picture in the palm of the hand). Its outside surface patina is a soft buttery yellow. The brushed gold look is from a technique called "bloomed gold," which yields a lovely rich patina.
At the center of the heart there are three old mine cut diamonds set in the shape of a clover. The diamonds are extraordinarily bright, white, and full of sparkle.
The locket is in very good condition and still has its original photo-frames inserts.
